Choosing the right photographer is an important decision. To help you decide, here are a few things I would like you to know about me and my work.

   •   I Do It Because I Love It

It all began in 1977, when I shot my first roll of slide film. I was a kid at the time, but I still remember how excited I was with the magic of capturing those fleeting moments of life - forever. Later, I began my professional career as a news and editorial photographer. Photographing stories where I have only one chance to make important images taught me how to think on my feet and complete the assignment even under difficult conditions. Eventually, I was asked to photograph a few weddings for my friends and soon realized that I could use the same techniques I used for news work to capture the real emotions I saw at those weddings. The couples loved the images of the real tears and truly happy smiles. No forced hugs or prompted reactions, just photographs of true happiness and pure emotion. I switched to weddings and portrait photography full time and never looked back.

   •   It's All About The Emotion

I love what I do, and that love and enthusiasm results in photographs that are much more special to you. You will have a ball at your wedding. It is so important to have a wedding photographer who, instead of interrupting and directing your day, will let the real story unfold while you have fun with your friends and relatives. Why? Because you will see it on their faces and in their expressions in the photographs!

   •   Not Only Weddings

The family is one of nature's masterpieces, and family portraits are passed down from generation to generation. People like looking at pictures of their family members and thinking about fond memories. Children, as they grow older, like looking at photographs made when they were younger. How long has it been since you've had your last family portrait created?.. I specialize in creating portraits on location, at a location that is emotionally meaningful to you. This makes the portraits much more personal, and very special to you.

If your photographs are important to you, let's talk.
